½ pound cooked and finely diced conch
½ pound all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 ounce chopped onion
½ ounce chopped scallion
1 ounce chopped bell peppers (green or red)
3 eggs
½ cup milk
Mix all ingredients - shape into small balls and fry in 250 F vegetable oil until golden brown; makes four servings.
