About Us and Me "Alexia Malo"
I have been a resident of Unitedville for four years of my five years here in Belize, all of which have been in the Cayo District. This is a great community and I am proud to call it my home.
This section is the “About Alexia” section of the site and so I am going to tell you just a little about me and my philosophy on the real estate industry. I guess I could start by saying that I am originally from Montreal, Qc, Canada. I moved to the British Virgin Islands in 1998 and then relocated to Belize in 2006 and have never looked back as I have set down roots here in Cayo with my husband and our beautiful kids

And now my philosophy and why I created this website for our Belize communities. For too long REALTORS® have focused the majority of their marketing efforts on showing how and why they are a “community expert” mostly by buying up as many bus benches as they can in each community. They have focused on the “free market evaluation” as providing something of value to the consumer.
My website is less about self promotion and more about the communities that you will see featured here as well as the businesses and the people. I hope to show you how vibrant our community is through my constant written blog on the different things to do and experience in various neighborhood of Belize. Of course there is a real estate component to this site and I hope that you utilize our site for the search of your next home in the Cayo district or any other parts of Belize.
I see our website as promoting a community, a lifestyle and the people that make Belize what it is over promoting me or any type of giveaway that was free to begin with.
