I just wanted to send a quick
word of encouragement out there to sellers.
I know that sometimes the home doesn't sell as quickly as you may have
hoped, but don't get discouraged!
For every property that is for sale, the perfect buyer is out there somewhere. Your perfect buyer is out there, too-perhaps they just haven't yet had the opportunity to see your beautiful home!
A wise man once said, “I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.” I find this to be excellent advice. Take some time to view your home as a buyer might, and then make any changes you think might be beneficial to improve its desirability and value. We already know that you have a wonderful home-let's make sure that the buyers know it too!
The key to success is remaining optimistic-your house will sell; sometimes, these things just take time! So keep up that cheerful and confident demeanour, and I'm sure that we'll see results before you know it!
